Regular Kinder bell schedule resume on 9/25

To help Kinder students adjust to the new pace of Kindergarten, there is a shortened schedule called “KID Days” (kindergarten induction days)

KID Days focus on getting students into a new routine, getting used to the dynamics of a new classroom, new teacher, new friends

The schedule and activities are designed to help them build their academic stamina

Teachers will meet with students individually for about 20 minutes to build connections with them and assess their capabilities in reading, writing and math

Parents will be asked to sign up through Sign Up Genius (sent by the teacher) to assist in the classroom during these early assessment days. Students in ESS will be pulled from ESS at the convenience of the teacher.
