March 3: Theme is Caring & 1st Grade Performance

Once a month, our school community celebrates student accomplishments and highlights one of the six pillars from Character Counts, a nationwide character education program. Mrs. MacDougall leads a team of adult volunteers in delivering the lessons each year, typically after the First Friday assembly. 

Each First Friday assembly includes student performances related to the Character Counts theme and school spirit activities. Families can enter and exit the ESS gate in the parking lot to join the fun.

First Friday assemblies begin after the bell rings at 8:55am and last about 15 minutes.
