Welcome Back, Deer Canyon! 

Come join the fun at the Welcome Back Event as we start a new school year.  

Sponsored by Deer Canyon Foundation & PTA, your parent volunteer organizations who raise funds for student programs and staff and host family and student events

2:45 - 3:15: Campus Tours – New to Deer Canyon or want to get familiar with campus? Take a tour with our DC alumni and current 5th graders. Meet at the front gate to start the tour. TK/K families can join us right after your “Peek at Your Seat.” 

3:00 - 3:30: New Family Meet & Greet – After your tour, meet our DC volunteers at the lunch area for crafts and activities while you meet other new families.

3:30 - 5:00: Welcome Back Event – All new and returning DC families can join us on the blacktop for some fun. We’ll enjoy popsicles, games, crafts, and music as we welcome everyone back to campus. Be on the lookout for Dash, our school mascot!
